Where are our products made?

We source products from around the world. If you have a question about where a specific product is made please reach out to us via our contact page.

Are all of your clothes organic?

Many of our clothing brands are made from certified organic cotton. To confirm the fabrication of any item click on the Materials tab on the product page.

How much does shipping cost?

Within Australia
Free delivery on orders over $99
$9.95 for standard shipping on orders under $99

To New Zealand
Free delivery on orders over $149
$12.95 for standard shipping on orders under $149

*Some bulky items do not qualify for free or flat rate delivery, shipping costs on these items will be calculated at checkout.

Rest of the world
Delivery to countries outside of Australia & New Zealand will be calculate at check out. Costs will vary depending on the size of your order and its destination.

Can I upgrade to express shipping?

You can upgrade your order to express shipping at checkout. Express shipping costs will depend on the value, size of your order and the delivery address.

How quickly will my order ship?

Where possible orders received by 12pm will ship out same day. In some cases orders may take up to 48 hours to dispatch. If there is a delay in shipping your order beyond that time we will be in touch to advise you.

When will I receive my order?

Within Australia
Standard shipping usually takes between 2-11 business days.
Express shipping usually takes between 1-6 business days.

To New Zealand
Standard shipping usually takes between 7-12 business days.
Express shipping usually takes between 5-8 business days.

Rest of the world
Standard shipping usually takes between 7-25 business days.
Express shipping usually takes between 5-15 business days.

Returns

How long do I have to make a return?

We accepts returns on all qualifying products up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Are all products that I purchase able to be returned?

While most products purchased through our site can be returned for change of mind, some of our products such as those in our outlet and furniture pieces are final sale.

Can I return products purchased from the Outlet section?

All items purchased from the Outlet section are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

A refund will be issued on all full priced items that are eligible to be returned. All current stock that has been discounted in any way including welcome discounts, flash sales or in season promotions are eligible to be returned for an exchange or credit note only. All items in our Outlet section are final sale and are note eligible for refund, credit note or exchange.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, Zip Pay & Afterpay.

We use Shopify Payments/Stripe to process credit card payments.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds on eligible items/orders will be processed after they are received back into our warehouse, in new condition & original packaging. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for their original purchase. Depending on the payment method refunds may take up to 5 business days to reach your account.
